Session Preparation

Please read this page and the FAQ’s page carefully. If you’re feeling nervous about your session, sometimes just browsing this page can help you feel calmer.

General Information

Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone and are 60 minutes long. Clients can contact Cathy via email or skype. Please provide us with your SKYPE ID a minimum of 72 business hours prior to your session.

Recording Sessions

Recording a session is not permitted, so please have pen and paper handy for note-talking.

Not being diligent in transcribing Cathy Cavanagh’s recommendations at the time of your reading may result in the need to schedule a follow-up session.

To Schedule, Cancel or Change a Private Appointment

To schedule an appointment please email us, Monday through Friday 9am-4pm Eastern Time. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be charged full payment for your session via PayPal. Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service. Also see change and cancellation policy below.
To change an existing appointment, please email us. We have a strict 72 business hour change policy. At that time, a session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 72 business hour change policy. A session may not be rescheduled more than two times.
To cancel an existing appointment, please email us. We have a strict 72 business hour cancellation policy. You will be refunded the session fee as long as you adhered to the 72 business-hour cancellation policy. If you cancelled outside of our guidelines, you will forfeit the entire session fee.
